Bought a macbook pro - needs to reinstall

I got a used macbook/open box macbook pro from best buy, and it didnt come with a OSX Disc, not sure if it comes with one or not, and id like to start over with a new refresh, does it come without a disc, if not looks like im gonna return this.

Its the one with the i5 core, 4gb ram, a few goodies

If it has OSX Lion installed, it comes without disc.

Why even bother? It already has a fresh install on it, the geek squad has probably see to it already.
