Bought a Mini today, how do I get the Tiger OS Up-to-date price?

I just bought a Mac Mini this morning after the release of Tiger.

How do I purchase the OS up-to-date for Tiger for the advertised ten bucks, or so?

Do I need to wait for my Mini to arrive? Or can I purchase it off of the Apple.com somewhere?
