Hey, I just invested in a iPad 3G hoping and praying it had 4.3.3 on for a jailbreak, which it has!

So is it just a case of saving my blobs, then going to Jailbreakme.com?

Is there any problems that the jailbreak causes?

Thanks in advance!!

I dont think apple is signing 4.3.3 anymore. You can jailbreak as long as you dont upgrade it to 4.3.4 anymore, as you cant revert anymore

jailbreak by going to www.jailbreakme.com the only problem with the SHSH is that if anything goes wrong and you have to restore you will be forced to 4.3.5 which you cant jailbreak

Sounds like you are in good shape to jailbreak.
I've had 0 problems since jailbreaking and I've been using the iPad fairly heavily the past couple weeks.

Only thing that's been annoying me since jailbreaking is the 1 second delay rotating in lock screen and home screen... Other than that, it's all good.

Are you kidding me people?

Get iFaith.

If it's the 1st Gen. iPad, then iFaith will work.

If it's the 2nd Gen. iPad, then it won't work.

iFaith needs a bootrom level exploit to work and the 2nd Gen. iPad (A5) doesn't have one yet.

I'm aware. OP didn't say iPad 2, he said iPad, which is the name of the first generation iPad.

This is not the dumbest thing I've read here, but it's on the list.

If I say I bought an iPod, I must mean a white brick from 2001.

There are over 7 different generations of iPod that span ten years. iPad and iPad 2 are do not share this characteristic. Notice that an iPad is not the same as an iPad 2. See that number at the end representing a denomination of 1 plus 1 objects? That's what makes the difference here.

Stop being condescending. Apple themselves continue to call it simply "iPad" - see menu bar of Apple website.

Personally, I like the speed of not having to watch the transitions but I also don't have any delay with my rotation. I am stumped why yours has a delay.
