Bought iPad mini, is it new?

Bello,

Today I bought an iPad mini at a premium reseller. When I opened the box 2 things looked a bit weird:

1. The seal on the iPad itself was a bit loose on the bottom left side.
2. 1 of the pages in the quick start bundle was a bit folded. It looks like it was not aligned with the other documents when the package with stickers and quick start documents was closed.

The box seal looked good to me.

What do you guys think? New or not?

Stuff happens during manufacturing. Who knows, as long as the think looked properly sealed, I would say its fine. Check it's warranty status. If the warranty end date is shorter than the one year from when you bought it, you know it was previously purchased.
