Should not be a problem, your within your 30 day period of purchasing it.

restocking ? how much do you guys know?

You might be subject to a 10%-15% depending on where you are and the return/exchange policy. I live in the state of California and decided to do the same thing. Thats what I had to dealt with. If you are lucky enough, they'll waive it. Who knows!

When I bought my iPhone 4 (at an Apple Store), the rep told me that no restocking fee was charged within the 30 day period.

I had asked about buying one online at AT&T's site, and she said they would charge a restocking fee, hence the advantage of an Apple in-store purchase.

Your particular situation (buying from a brick & mortar AT&T store) may or may not follow the guidelines set by purchasing from AT&T online. A quick call to a local AT&T Corporate store should solve your concern.
