Bought Iphone 6 T-mobile blacklisted

Hello,

Bought an Iphone 6 from swappa 3 months ago.

I knew the phone was blacklisted but the seller assured me that it would work outside US with no worries,
Phone arrives to me after 3 months and it is not working with my carrier, says it is to tmobile.


Anyway to unlock this phone?

It sounds like the issue isn't so much that it's blacklisted but that it's carrier locked (to T-Mobile).
