Hey guys,
so i bought my iPhone 3G last summer from at&t in california, and im going to be in vancouver canada for the summer. I was gonna exchange it here (because of various defects) but I was wondering if this would be possible: to get an exchange at an apple store in Vancouver. Anyone know? Thanks!

Sorry normally the warranty is only valid in the country you purchased the iPhone 3G or where is was intended to be sold based on it Apple part number. You could call the US Apple support line and do a mail exchange.

Apple Q&A:

Can I get my iPhone serviced outside the country of purchase?

No, service for eligible repairs is only available in the country where your iPhone was originally purchased.

You can lookup any of the different iPhone 3G Country / part / carrier combinations on this Apple page.
