When I enter the code ...it gives me an error about how it is not activated? and I made sure it was typed right(i did it 3 times) and my sister also tried..so should i go back to bestbuy...or call apple? and what will best buy do?

Take it off the card and scratch off the area that says "Gently scratch here."
If there is no scratch off area, then they didn't activate the card right. Contact iTunes support.
