Bought laptop october 2nd..ILife '11? Free or pay.. I don't mind paying but how do I get a straight answer from Apple Support on this since I can't find an email to email them this question?

i got my macbook pro on September 30th.. one day before to get 6.99 price!! ********..lol
 
I feel used

At least u got the upgrade!!
I purchased my Mbp on 20th sept - missed the free iPod by 10 days or so
And missed the free upgrade by 10 days.!
Add to that my Mbp had been away for 7 days getting dead pixels repaired!
Apple has had about £1800 in the last year off me!!!

Not happy at all!! Anyone know if they have a complaints procedure??
Or am I just a number ??
