Bought my first Mac, and iPhone settings changed

I'll admit I'm a convert due to the so-called 'Halo Effect' of iPods and iPhones. Last Friday my first Mac (an iMac) arrived. I hooked up my iPhone (previously synced to a PC), and everything seemed to be okay. And then I got a call.

When I received calls in the past the screen would fill up with that person's picture. Now just a tiny bar on top contains the picture. Does anyone know how to revert the setting to the full screen?
