iPod touch bought song on iPod how to move to computer

I never did this before and I cant figure it out. I bought a song using the iTunes store on my iPod. I synced my iPod with my Mac and it does not show the song on my Mac. It is still on my iPod but not on the PC. also I cant drag it over from my iPod to my Mac Music library. What I am doing wrong?

Right click on your ipod in itunes and click "transfer purchases" that should do the trick.

Just sync and select transfer.
