HI,
I just pod a used ipod mini that had about 300 existing songs. Not my kind of music, and don't want any of them. How to I get those songs off, and put the music I like (I have songs in my itunes library from my old ipod) onto it. I totally want to delete all these songs. I don't want them in my library, or on the new ipod.
Thanks!!)

Just format it through iTunes.

When you hook it up, it'll ask if you want to automatically sync it with iTunes on your computer. If you say yes, all those other songs will be deleted and your music will load on automatically. If you say no, you'll have to remove them yourself or reformat the iPod using the iPod Updater in your Utilities folder (assuming you've let it download from Software Update).
