I have late 2012 27" iMac base model brought late February and recently opening apps from the dock has been rather sluggish. App will bounce up to 10 times before it opens 
this was never the case on macbook and that was only 2GB memory, i have used onyx but this is only a temp fix after i put iMac to sleep and wake it up again the problem comes back i don't no what to do ??? now iim starting to regret not getting the fusion drive any help?
