Bouncing back and forth between phones on ATT

I installed the ios7 beta on my 4S which is not being used as my phone (I am currently using a GS4). Does anyone know if ATT allows you to reactivate a phone as often as you like via the web? In other words, I'd like to reactivate the 4S and play with ios7 a bit and then go back and forth as I choose.

Both have sim cards installed (which I think are both micro Sims). Can I just take the SIM out of the GS4 and pop it in the 4S and vice versa, or is there more I need to do.

if the sim cards are the same size, then yes, you'll be fine.
