Bounding boxes around stuff

Hey, I don't know what I done but everything has a bounding box around it, like on the active object. And text boxes and things when I hover over them it makes them active.

Here's a screenshot, the box is what happens when I hover over the icon on my desktop.

You need to turn off VoiceOver. That's the VoiceOver cursor. It's in System Preferences under Universal Access.
