I just purchased the C5's about a week ago. The problem is that there is feedback coming from the mic whenever I call anyone. Have you had this problem?

Can't believe b&w product will have this problem! I had watched movie in my boss home theater and the B&w sound system was awesome! Never want to go back to my Bose speakers!

Return it to them!
