I have a Bowers & Wilkins A7. It will not connect to my wireless network. I have updated the firmware on the speaker the application. I tried with the firewall turned off. The speaker has been reset countless times
- I log into my router and see it connected with the IP.
- The Bowers Wilkins control app does not see it on the network.
- I cannot ping the IP address of the speaker.
- iTunes airplay lets me select the A7, but I get a pop up that states The AirPlay device “A7 ” cannot be found on your network. Please verify your network settings and AirPlay configuration or select another device. I think there is something wrong with the wireless connection of the speaker, meaning it will connect to the network, but will not accept incoming data, music ? The ethernet port works fine and plays music. I also tried to connect with an IPAD, same result. Any ideas?
