Bracket Manager for NCAA Tourney

Hi,

I currently volunteer at a homeless shelter in NYC and I would like to run a pool for the clients at the shelter. I was wondering if anyone knows of a site or a program where I can run the pool. I prefer this program or site to be 0 dollars because it is my own money.
