1st Braided Loop Setup. Went back to silicone straps.
Maybe there is just some acclimation period, but feels like I'm wearing a turtleneck on my wrist :D

I bought my series 6 Apple watch with the Nike band because i work out a lot and it is the best band for that…but i did buy a couple Amazon knockoff braided loop bands for under $10 that fit & look great. Very comfy for casual use or when i am sleep tracking.

I love mine. Have a few others - Milanese Loop, Sport Band, and Sport Loop. The Braided and Sport Loops are the most comfortable by far. The Braided is also convenient. Proper sizing is important. I think, it took a couple of weeks to feel right

I don't wear mine every day, but I like it quite a bit. It's the best if you wear the watch to bed.

I love my braided loop.
I still think the price is ridiculous, but since I got it, it’s the only band I use.

followed the measurement tool from Apple, it gave me a size 7. After reading all the threads here about ordering a size smaller, I just ordered what Apple recommend me, and it’s perfect, not to loose, not too tight, and after 2 months of constant wearing it, it’s still perfect .

I’ve had many apple watches since series 0. Until this year, I primarily wore the Apple basic sport silicone band. The main problem with the basic silicone sport band for me is: I use my MBP for work and I’m always taking my watch off when I work because that mettle peg on the band would otherwise scratch the MBP 😡.

So, I tried the silicone solo loop a couple of weeks ago. It’s a no-go for me as I’ve got very large wrists and the size 12 cuts into my wrists and actually leaves an impression of the sensors on the top of my wrist after only about an hour. So, I tried the braided solo loop in size 12 and it fits perfectly. Very comfortable…and…I can keep it on while I use my MBP (yay).

To me, there’s definitely a difference in fit between the silicone solo loop and the braided solo loop. The braided being a bit of a looser fit.

I just got my braided loop delivered. I like it. In a few hours I'll take a fast mile or two walk and see how it manages the humid air here.

I usually wear a sport loop which is very comfy. For non sweat-inducing activity I'll wear a Milanese loop or leather loop.

I did order and try $18 knock off braided loops on amazon. Those were ok, but I didn't like how they seemed not as wide, especially where it connects to the watch. It look kind of weird.

Both the Braided Solo and silicone Solos disappear on my wrist. Absolutely the most cofortable bands I've ever worn. In fact, I have a hard time forcing myself to wear Sport Band now, which I always found perfectly comfortable before, because the Solos are so much more so.

I'm 'strange'. If something is loose on my wrist, it drives me nuts. I hated the Milanese Loop because it occasionally loosened over a day. Nope, a minus. The sport bands seem to work. People are different though. I'm glad they work for you, and so many others. I'm not sure it would work for me, plus I'm afraid of getting the 'wrong size', and being stuck with it. Sport Bands work. (I also hate things that are too tight)

*shrug*

I can see the draw for the braided band. It looks, in pictures, pretty amazing. My bands are loose enough for some movement, but not too much. If the braided bands loosen over time, that could be an issue. I don't know...

Life goes on... I'm glad they work for you. Awesome! Finding a band that works for you can be so awesome. I so wanted to love the Milanese Loop. Some things aren't meant to be...

I second this. Even when wearing it during a workout and getting sweaty. I try to swap out for my sport loop when working out but often forget. (I have a XL sized sport loop that I try to use exclusively as a workout band)
