I heard that the old (first gen) BSL is easy to stretch and Apple changed the yarn wave recently? Anyone can explain and have a photo comparison? Thank you!

I don’t have a photo on hand, but this is absolutely true. My personal experience was that my first one, the Atlantic blue (one of the first BSLs) stretched out a ton. This one was a 5, the recommended size for me. My second was an Abyss Blue, which also stretched a good bit. This time I even went down to a 4. Apple actually replaced the Atlantic Blue BSL for me because it got so loose. I swapped it for a Bright Green BSL, size 4. This one has shown the least amount of stretch of all of them. I’m nearly certain the Bright Green is the latest BSL that I have. I can’t speak for the ones newer than that, but it’s easily noticeable to the naked eye that the weave is much tighter.
