Brand New 15" MBP Startup Issues?

Hey guys - just got my new 15" MBP fully loaded in the mail yesterday and am noticing a few weird "glitches" upon startup... Watch the vid below for details. Is that a graphics card issue? Should I take it into Apple?

I'm talking about the load bar and the screen distortion flare up..

Appreciate any feedback - let me know if I should perform other tests?

It's caused by File Vault. If you disable it, the issue goes away. It will hopefully be fixed with a software update.
