Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7E18 Safari/528.16)

I've bought an iphone 3g described to be 'brand new' and I was really excited. I downgraded it to 3.1.3, jailbroken and everything seemed to run smoothly. That was until my first phone call: earpiece not working. I've tried to contact the seller but no answer so far (obviously). Then I noticed the screen freezes until I press the sleep button (3-4 tines a day). Last but not least, I think there is a problem with the touchscreen as well: the part right under the statusbar works but it's inaccurate: if I draw something, instead of a straight line, I get a noizy one (and the image starts shaking if I scroll using that part). I don't know what has happened to this poor guy and don't know what to do.. Do you have any idea of what may have caused it? Any fix? I've seen that the earpiece is cheap but very hard to replace so far.. As for the rest I don't even know what look for.. Please help me..
