I bought my iPhone 11 today. Set it up, used it for a couple of hours. It was on idle for about 15-20 minutes. I pressed the power button couple of times, no response. Touched it to wake up pressed the power button again and my lock screen was there but instead of my wallpaper I saw a black screen. Then it went back to normal after a few seconds. (No response situation lasted about 10 seconds or so)Is it a hardware problem or a system-related glitch? I looked for the problem but people were generally telling that their phone wouldn’t open. My phone opened normally through the lock screen.

Wipe the phone and set up as new. If the problem continues, contact Apple and see about a return and purchase another. It very well could be software glitch related that a reinstall fixes or a OS bug. However, with a brand new phone and a return window, you don’t want to assume.

Hello.

I've been using this phone for about 15 days. Everything was just great until tomorrow.

It was shiny day and I had auto-brightness on, so I noticed when brightness was on 100 percent, after 2-3 minutes using safari my screen became hot in the bottom side, near dynamics and lighting port. Top of the screen was cool like a glass of beer. I was trying hard to find any info about it, but no related topics about screen getting hot.

Anyone got the same issue or I need go to service before it's not to late? :)

If it occurs again, I’ll do as you suggest. The day following the post day, the problem didn’t repeat
