Brand new iPhone 4 with 4.2.1 firmware

I just purchased a Brand new iPhone 4 because I lost my 3GS and it's running the new 4.2.1 firmware. How can I downgrade to 4.1 so I can use a untethered jailbreak and unlock it?

Unless it has the SHSH blobs for 4.1, unlikely because it new, there is no way for you to get it to iOS 4.1.
