It's Photoshop, if that's not obvious. A lot of inconsitencies around the border and tons of alignment problems.

Looks nice, though.

It's possible that it is "switchable". Like you can configure it to be on the right or the left size whether you are right or left handed.

I like how the color/brightness is split down the middle yet does not effect the dock...
Wish it was true, but we've been through this before. Try harder next time.

The Japanese is in Katakana, which uses Japanese characters to spell foreign things. these things could be anything from names, to objects, to places, for example, anything foreign, or non-japanese

America, would be spelled
ア メ リ カ
A-me-ri-ka,

in the photo it spells

プ ロ ト タ イプ
Pu-ro-to-ta-i-pu
which (i guess) is supposed to mean

Nah, the best mock-up was the one where they had it mounted in an iPod HiFi.

Second best was the one with the box mock-up as well, looked pretty good.

I love these "prototypes." What I found odd was why would someone have put an iMovie icon on it? Like iMovie is going to be manageable on the iPod or that Apple is going to use the same icon to mean two different things.. nice try, hope to see more

Apple used the same iMovie icon to represent 'Videos' in Front Row.

You are correct... forgot about that. Odd that they do, they use a different icon to represent movies in the home directory. I "guess" that is okay then.

I'm not one to judge on whether or not its photoshopped, but it can't be real. Where would you adjust the Preferences? Seems like they would put a Pref pane icon in there.

I worded that wrong.

I didn't mean best physical-looking mock-up, but best idea, you know, functionality.

I like the way the wheel-area shades part of the screen thats all, other than that its the same design as the Hi-Fi-one.

Except not as good - unrounded corners etc. Sorry for the confusion
