Hey there guys, i bought my mom a brand new macbook and it came in the mail last night. I plugged it to start charging and while the light is green the entire time i was changing the setting and updating the OS it said battery is not charging. I thought maybe the battery already has some power so i unplugged it and the thing instantly shut off; i tried cleaning the plug that provides the power and still displays the light green. Solutions please? thanks
