There is a small outwards dent coming from my new MBP's case on the bottom side near the last screw on the right side (in the orientation so that you can read the writing). Its not very noticeable, but I feel that the case is not fully flat in that spot. Should I take it back for an exchange? There are no apple stores near where I live, and its not really a huge issue. Is anyone else's MBP similar?

theyre gonna tell you that because its an aluminum casing, things like that happen and that it doesnt affect performance.

then you're gonna ask for an exchange.

he/shes gonna honor it because "they dont want anything less than perfect for their customers"

and when you open up your new exchange, theres gonna be more tiny dings here and there somewhere else....

it happens.

i have 2 ... and have exhcanged each one of them a couple of times. i learned to live w/ it because well, yeah you spent 2 grand and expect perfection, but its far from perfect.....
