I have turned off all notifications for Breathe on the phone watch app. I still get notifications on my watch every 4 hrs from this App. After live chat with Apple, I turned off all notifications for the activity app as well. I still get these Breathe notifications every 4 hrs. I hard reset my watch, and yes, you guessed it, I still get these notifications. Can anyone help or know what can be done to stop these notifications?

I can't help you turn them off but I and my wife both have the same issues on our watches. If you find an answer to this, please post. It is a pain.

Have you tried restarting your iPhone and force-closing the Apple Watch app on your iPhone?
There's a lot of syncing going on and sometimes the problem is with the phone.

I turned off mirrored notifications on the Watch and then I didn't get them on the phone either. There are some weird sync-things going on between these two devices.
