Bricked iPhone 4?

I was using the PhoneView App on my mac to look at the folder: /private/var/root/Library/

There were two folder inside the 'Library' folder, and I accidentally moved one into the other and now my phones not read in iTunes and the phone says connect to iTunes. I have tried to restore but I keep getting an error message. (0xE8000068 I think).

Is there anything I can do?

Put it in dfu mode then restore

People on the MacRumors forums will get really upset if you say "bricked iPhone" due to the fact that the iPhone is almost impossible to brick.

Thanks, I just tried that. Currently getting error 1013, fixing that now. I appreciate the help.
