Bricked / Jailbroken Iphone 3gs, how do i fix it?

I messed up. I have a Iphone 3gs that is jail broken. I am selling it and upgrading phones so i sold it on ebay. I went to clear all my stuff off the iphone and hit "restore all setting". Now my phone is bricked/frozen and itunes will not allow me to install. How do i get around this?

Any help would be appreciated. thanks

You can't brick iOS devices unles you know exactly what you are doing. Out your device into DFU mode and restore it in iTunes.
