Hey guys, I sometimes post on the forum in regards to my job. Anyway, one of the employees (at work) initiated a firmware upgrade on his Thunderbolt display and unplugged it in the middle of the upgrade, now the monitor won't 'turn on' or display picture. Are we hosed?
