Bricking from iOS18 not just for m4 iPads

Mother in law's iPad 7 went into boot loop on iOS18 launch as it was set to automatic updates. Boot loop flashing screen of doom, and my Mac crashes out whenever I try to initiate either update or restore. Dead.

So it's not just the newer iPad m4's getting bricked by iOS18.
