Bridge iPhone WiFi connection to Mac

Probably not something most people need. I get free WiFi at hotspots nationwide with my iPhone, I can only access them through the iPhone.

Is there anyway to access a WiFi network on the iPhone and share this connection with the mac, perhaps through USB or Bluetooth??
