A previous series of bridgeos 210 errors on my iMac Pro was fixed by erasing and rebuilding one of my thunderbolt raid devices. This lead me to believe that file system errors could be one cause of the 210 error.

I am in the process of ripping the new Star Wars Skywalker Saga 4K collection. As is usual some of the disks fail with disk errors in MakeMkv. I tried to copy the iso of one of these disks with dd and got:

dd if=/dev/disk9 of=~/Downloads/ANewHope
dd: /dev/disk9: Input/output error
59017600+0 records in
59017600+0 records out
30217011200 bytes transferred in 3467.597367 secs (8714106 bytes/sec)

I can see the ISO file in the finder, but it is only 30 GB in size rather than the expected ~55 GB. This is expected since the copy failed.

What is interesting is that I can open the file. I see the BDVM container and can open the package. When I click to the stream folder I get:

{"caused_by":"macos","macos_version":"Mac OS X 10.14.6 (18G3020)","os_version":"Bridge OS 4.2 (17P3050)","macos_system_state":"running","incident_id":"4975DD7E-E5CE-467C-8D53-9871259A6997","timestamp":"2020-04-06 03:17:38.16 +0000","bug_type":"210"}
"build" : "Bridge OS 4.2 (17P3050)",
"macOSPanicString" : "panic(cpu 12 caller 0xffffff80098beab9): \"Possible memory corruption:

So I have a reproducible test case.
