Briefcase feature or app for mac???

Does it exist... i would like to sync folders on my mac and memorystick, and the briefcase feature let me do that simplily (although it was rather buggy in xp)

I have it mate, and its no good for me. I'm still on dial-up internet.

All i wanna do is sync files from my memory stick to my mac and vice versa, whichever contains the newest files, like the briefcase feature in windows lets me do... thanks for the suggestion anyways.
