I recently purchased the Switcheasy colors case for iPhone 4 in lime.

When taking photos in low light situations with the flash, my photos come out yellow. I'm guessing that the camera is picking up the bright yellow color of the case, affecting the white balance and compensating for it. I've taken pictures without the case and there is definitely no yellowing. Regular pictures with decent lighting turn out like normal.

I hope that reviewers keeps this in mind for future case reviews. Making sure that the case being reviewed doesn't cause issues for the camera and that apple does the same.
I've contacted Switcheasy about the issue and will let you know how it goes.

Does anyone else have the Switcheasy colors case that can comment on this issue?

Mark the inner ring which houses the camera with a black Sharpie. Should help things.

Thanks for the advice. I'll wait for switcheasy to get back to me before
I try that out. I can imagine this could be a broader issue for all iphone 4 cases that are relatively bright colored.

I just tested a coworker's incipio dermashot case in golden rod color (neon yellow). Same issue comes up.

OP have you tried coloring the inner ring like appleguy123 said?
