Can someone do me a big favor, please? If you recently upgraded to iOS 14 or iPadOS 14 and if you have an iPhone or an iPad with cellular, can you please connect to the following website with the WiFi completely off and use purely cellular connection?

I seem to have problems playing the videos with cellular connection with my iPad Pro 2020. I don’t know if the problem is with my iPad, iPadOS 14, my cellular provider or the brightcove itself. I can still play the video if I use WiFi but not cellular.
What could be the problem that prevent the video from being played properly while using cellular?
