iPhone 13 Pro Max Brightness of screen and speakers in the 13 Pro Max?

So the iPhone I had before my 13 Pro Max was the iPhone 11, a phone I enjoyed but to be honest, I wanted an upgrade

anyways, the speakers on this 13 Pro Max sound NIGHT AND DAY better than the iPhone 11 ever was….is it my imagination or have the speakers got a lot better in the last couple of years?

And also a problem I found with the 11 was the screen wasn’t great in outdoor sun…now I haven’t took it outside yet in sun (Rain forecast all week here in the UK) - is the 13 Pro Max a big improvement on this?

I know the galaxy 21 ultra has a brighter number on the spec sheet but does the 13 Pro Max do a fine job with it? Anyone find any cases that it’s better than last years but still not being enough?

If you had the non-Pro 11 I think you’ve received a number of big upgrades. The speakers seem much better to me also but I don’t remember that listed anywhere as an upgrade. The screen, however, on the 13 Max has XDR, higher contrast, and goes from 625 to 1000 nits brightness. You can see on Apple’s site all of the upgrades:

I think the speakers have noticeably improved from the 12 pro to the 13 pro even. Seems much clearer at high volumes and more dynamic with better bass. Music actually sounds almost…. Nice. Not sure what they are doing with such tiny speakers but it’s pretty amazing.
