this just showed up, any ideas what it is? the "get info" window just shows the kind as PC server. the rest is empty. when i try to open it, i get connection failed.

could it be part of AirPrint Activator?

Do you by any chance have another computer connected to your network that has printer sharing enabled but doesn't have a printer connected to it to share?
I had something similar happen but under sharing in the Finder sidebar was the name mac+a bunch of numbers and letters. Get Info said it was a PC server. Turns out one of our laptops had printer sharing enabled but no printer was connected.

Ya, I think it might be something similar, I was working with the Share settings with some iPad apps. Must be somethin with one of those.
