Broadband usage meter

Hi does anyone know of a meter I can install for broadband usage? The only ones I have seen need windows

If I go into my router I can see my upload and download totals there (much to my horror). Worth a try perhaps

IStat Pro is a widget and it tells you how much you are currently downloading/uploading and also tells you the total data transfer since you started you mac up.
