I have a few questions regarding the WINDOWS version of VLC. I am asking here because I am positive that you probably all know the answer, esp since the mac version is practically identicle. Anyways....
I am going to create a peer to peer wireless network using 802.11g over two windows xp laptops. I am going to set up a udp wireless stream from a dvd, so the movie plays on both computers. My question is, will the computer being broadcasted to be able to keep up without enabling caching? I hope so because the sound source will be the same for both monitors, so a little lag would suck.
Any other suggestions on how to successully wirelessly or with wires to share a DVD with no lag and no router/internet access?
