I have a friend that I have to show my screen to live over the internet, I don't need him to control my screen, just see it and preferably have it run relatively smoothly (Or as smoothly as our connections will permit).

The problem is that he only has Tiger, so using iChat's screenshare is out, so I need a way to broadcast relatively smooth footage of my screen over the internet.

I have Snapz Pro X installed, maybe there's some sort of plugin that will allow you to create some sort of trick webcam with it?

Or does anyone know a dedicated app for OS X for doing something like this?

Thanks a lot (And sorry if this doesn't make much sense, I'm a bit delirious from lack of sleep :))

I understand that you dont want him to control your screen, but still the only way to go is a remote desktop program. As far as i remember, teamviewer lets you set it to view-only, so he wont be able to control your screen. You could also try Apple Remote Desktop which i havent tried yet, but it looks good and should also have such an option
