Is there any info about getting higher speed NICs to work with MacOS? I've got a Broadcom 57414 based 10/25 dual port card. No driver is out there that I can find.

Thanks!

Hello RabidFox,

I´m not aware of any Broadcom based 10 or 25 Gb NIC that is supported by macOS.
But there are alternatives for much higher networkspeeds.

If you need more than 10 GbE, there are the dual ported versions of intel t520 or t540 and up that can be modified, work with the small tree drivers (via linkaggregation).

ATTO delivers quite nice working cards with up to 100 GbE, but they are expensive and based on Mellanox chipsets.
(search MR for ATTO and Mellanox, work in progress).

Chelsio also delivers crards that have a working macOS driver, support up to 100 GbE.
