I just dropped my phone on my Retina MPB, and one of the keys shattered (not a large drop). Anways, the tile broad and part of the white plastic broke off. I called apple and she was not help and all, and told me to take it my local apple store. Anyone have any idea how hard it is to repair this? Thanks for any info

Take it to the Apple Store as she said. It'll take them 5 minutes and you'll be done, they might not even charge you.

Thanks for the info. I just googled it and seems like they would have to replace the entire uppercase because part of the white plastic also broke. Im a little worried this will be a big deal

Nope, I've done it many times (I'm a tech myself). No need to replace the case unless there's more damage than the plastic pieces.
