Hello everyone, this is my first thread here so please be kind ;), anyways i got an iphone 4 on 4.0.1 that i bought in USA and im using it in sweden, i have jailbroken and unlocked in with ultrasn0w, it worked fine until this morning.. I cant call or text message anyone, when i search for "operators"(?) i dont find any.

Anyways i got SHSH on 4.0.1 and i just wonder if its safe to restore it in itunes, i heard that it upgrades your baseband so you cant unlock using ultrasn0w, is it true?

So should i restore it with my custom 4.0.1 firmware?

Thanks

If you restore to 4.0.1, you should not lose your 1.59.00 baseband. Make sure you do not simply click "update" in iTunes - this will make you update to the latest 4.1, and unless you use TinyUmbrella and click "Shift+updade" in iTunes, then select 4.1 FW from your computer (while running TSS server), updating to 4.1 will mean you lose your 1.59.00 unlockable baseband. Good luck.
