Hi everyone,

I had got a new iphone last month. Other day, i dropped the iphone from my car and another car ran over it. Its totally useless now. not working at all.

Now i want to buy the new iphone. but what about my contract with the broken iphone? can i terminate that contract n start it with my new phone?

Please help.

Yes you can. However AT&T will ask you to pay the rest of the contract fee that you owe them.
