So I was replacing the HDD in my late 2014 Mac Mini. But the cable was so stiff... i yanked it and the HDD cable separated into part of the cable and the pins.... I can’t find a replacement that will be here fast/cheap and the pins won’t go into the cable since they are crooked... Any help is appreciated.

Try ifixit.com for a part number.
If they have it, perhaps you could order from them.
Or... elsewhere "online"...

Part number was slightly off and I could not find one ending in “04” so I bought a 2011-2014 compatible one and works great w new SSD!
