Hi everyone,

I've decided to take up a new challenge.
I'm going to fix a broken macbook 2012 13"

Problems i know of:
No lights on charger no fan spin
Missing screen connector
Missing wifi and bluetooth card
Missing top speaker
Missing antena
And a few missing resistors where it looks like someone has been heavy handed when trying to repair it (not me I promise)

What i lack in skills I make up for in blind confidence
The reason I'm here is to ask if anyone knows where I can get hold of the schematics and how to find out what rating resistors are missing?
And to hopefully share my success/failure whilst doing this repair

Thanks for reading

Your description of a "Hobby" sounds more like an adventure. :)
Hmm... Find a second "repair-ready" 2012 MacBook, and make one good one out of two.

Was having a look for one but I think I've been spoilt with this one only cost £40 with the charger.
I know as I was typing what was wrong with the macbook I had a moment of this is not great 😀
