Last night I accidentally broke the tip off of a 3.5mm jack in a computer. It's the very end tip of the jack. IF I plug the remains of the jack in the computer, I can still hear the audio.
I'm wondering if I were to put a very small drop of super glue in the end of the remains of the male 3.5mm jack and then push it in so that it contacts the end piece that in the computer, leave it for a while and the when the glue has set, try to pull the entire jack out of the computer if that would work.
Anyone every tried this fix?
