Then it is gonna take them about a year or so to update it to ios8 with touch ID support. True story from ios7 support.

But I don't think it'll take too long for some support: they were quick enough last june
My whatsapp started OK, but then i started to exchange messages with a friend and then whenever i open his conversation it crashed. Keeps happening even after a reseting the iphone...
It did displayed an ios 8 warning when i first opened it, but it seemed to have something to do with icloud storage of my whatsapp's conversations & media.
is anyone else having this issue?

My Facebook is working alright when browsing the newsfeed, haveng tried posting anything.
Whatsapp crashes with certain conversations. When hitting send, the keyboard stays and the whole conversation drops. Kinda like when you hide the keyboard, except that the keyboard stays and blocks the latest messages. If you hide the keyboard you can reveal the lastest messages

Whatsapp is failing.
Deleted the old iCloud backup. Then it worked until a new backup was made. Now it is trying to connect but doesn't and crashes.
Quite funny. I read somewhere that the Whatsapp founder was not impressed by the new iMessage.
But now it seems to 'block' iOS 8 users. Because mine gets stuck in connecting....

Same here.
It is a beta, so you can expect this to happen. Maybe i'll skip this one...
I tried erasing the back up and generating a new one, now its stuck on connecting, and I cant tap anywhere... rebooted and still the same thing. Now i have a useless whatsapp, with no backup online, so if i erase it i might loose all my conversations...
Has anyone tried installing iPhoto? It's icon doesn't show up for me and when I go back in to the AppStore it has a circle with a square icon in it. When I click it the download starts all over again but never goes onto my screen
the new APIs for the notification center etc probably cause problems with many apps
i doubt he will fix it before the beta becomes public release. i mean it took him months to push his iOS7 update AFTER iOS7 was released

Tweetbot 3 - the menu's where you choose to save, copy etc slowly slide off the screen and out of view. The app then needs to be quit.
I can confirm the crash within 1Password and WhatsApp.
I found with WhatsApp, if you delete a message thread and start again, it won't crash, but when you reply to a message, it seems to scroll to the top of the page and won't allow you to scroll back to the bottom. You have to leave the thread.

Scratch that, WhatsApp is playing up now.
